The Beacon Brigade
Introducing the Beacon Brigade! We have partnered with Two Rivers School District to help promote literacy in our community!
We started the Beacon Brigade because we believe in two simple truths: every child should have access to books, and every child deserves the warmth and joy of clothing and toys. Our work combines literacy programs with community collections to empower young people and strengthen our neighborhood.
Chapter Changers
We will be collecting new and gently used books to give to our local children.
Each child who receives a book, will also receive a certificate as a member of the Storybook Squad! We are changing the lives of children one page at a time.
Giggles & Garments Drive
Pre K thru 12th grade children in our community are in need of new clothing and toys/gadgets that will benefit families and help them through the upcoming holiday. We would be humbled if you would join us in making their holiday memorable!
Project Read
This project was started to help children in African Villages who have no access to books and libraries. I started a YouTube.com chanel White Dove TR where I read books to children. It is fun for local children as well! Tune in! No AI, promotion ads, or pictures are used in the making of the videos. It is just me, the book, and the camera!
